This Moody 35 was built in 1992 by Marine projects in Plymouth and designed by Bill Dixon.
This fin keel version has been lightly used and carefully maintained, and has recently had all the standing rigging replaced. The keel bolts have also recently been replaced .
Extremely well equipped with a comprehensive inventory, a 2016 survey is available for serious enquirers.

Coming on board the cockpit has a table and cockpit cushions custom made by Moody. This provides an attractive social area.
Down below the accommodation is spacious and comfortable with upholstery in good condition and storage in attractive wood finish. There is a large drop leaf table.
She offers a total of six berths in three cabins. Two single berths in the fore cabin convert to a double with the addition of an infill. The saloon offers two settee berths either side of a large drop leaf table.
The owners suite in the aft cabin, beyond the galley, has a large double berth with a settee and vanity unit. There is plenty of room to stand. This cabin has access access to the heads compartment which can also be entered from the saloon. Equipped with a sea toilet, wash basin and shower, a unique feature of the heads is the shower screen which folds away when not required.
There is pressurized hot and cold water available in the heads and galley.
There is a well equipped navigation station situated on the port side of the saloon opposite the galley .
