Hunter Channel 32
This Hunter Chanel 32 is an extremely well presented and immaculate version. She comes with many extras. She is rigged for single handed cruising and has been to the Azores and back in a previous ownership.
First commissioned in 1992 she is a twin keel 7/8 rigged Bermudan sloop. The rig includes a North self tacking fore sail and a North fully battened main in a stackpack with lazy jacks, cruising chute, spinnaker and storm jib. Control lines are led aft to the cockpit. The Hydrovane self steering system completes the package and offers an emergency rudder too.
The hull was copper coated in 2008 and has not therefore required anti fouling since.
This boat offers excellent accommodation. The spacious and attractive saloon offers comfortable seating around a large table which can fold down. When required these convert to two settee berths plus a pilot berth all with lee cloths. There is a chart table with seat. Webasto diesel heating is provided via two outlets in the saloon.
The galley provides a twin burner cooker with oven and grill, a fridge below the chart table seat, twin sinks with hot and cold pressurised water, a full set of crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans. There is also an outside barbeque.
The fore cabin has a double berth with infill, ample storage in hanging lockers and under the berths and a deck hatch with a roller blind.
The aft cabin offers another double berth with hanging locker and storage under.
The separate heads compartment is situated on the port side of the saloon with a marine toilet, shower and hand basin and is connected to a large holding tank. A heat exchanger and shore power provide pressurised hot and cold water, also available in the galley and heads compartment.
